Discovering the culture of Mexico, through the beauty of her people and geography, led me to this amazing pueblo magico called Mineral de Pozos. I want to share some of that magic with you through my products and programs.
Small Batch Organic Jellies and Jams
All made from organic trees and plants in my garden. Flavors range from orange marmalade to plum, peach, and apricot jams. Don’t forget the more exotic prickly pear and loquat jams. DELICIOUS!
Sourdough Starter and Baked Items
Cakes, cookies, and breads (of course) can be made with sour dough starter. My popular chocolate bundt cake is made from “masa madre” which is spanish for sour dough starter.
Plants
Starting with seeds and growing plants for my own benefit and that of the community. It’s very gratifying work.
Dried Fruits and Chiles
Chiles secos and dried fruit are ways we can preserve the bounty from the garden. Sharing with neighbors is also very popular and satisfying!

Where would you like to hike? We can show you parts of Mineral de Pozos accessible only on foot. Discover hidden mines, ancient buildings, verdants springs, and follow traditional pilgrimage routes.
